The Women’s Self-Defense classes are focused on using leverage, technique, and martial arts skills to defeat potentially larger and stronger opponents. Our instructors utilize Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, and striking techniques combined for great exposure to different approaches. Professor Dailah has experience teaching women, men, and children for many years; and applies this expertise to help students on a monthly schedule.
