No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has evolved from Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

This grappling style of fighting is more closely in-line with wrestling, catch-wrestling, shoot fighting, etc.

With No Gi training, practitioners focus on using the grips and legs, underhooks, overhooks, butterfly hooks, wrist control, and more to submit their opponents.  With No Gi, there is less to hold onto because of the rashguards and / or bare upper body.

We also offer gi classes.
