SUBMISSION GRAPPLING & WRESTLING

BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU NO-GI

Dynamic submission grappling, wrestling, and leg locks designed for modern combat sports and high-intensity conditioning.

Program Overview

No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has evolved from traditional Gi Jiu-Jitsu into a fast-paced, highly athletic style of submission grappling. This dynamic training incorporates elements of folkstyle wrestling, catch wrestling, judo, and shoot fighting to prepare students for both modern submission grappling tournaments and real-world combat.

Technique & Body Control

Without the fabric grips of a kimono, No-Gi training forces practitioners to rely on body control, wrist ties, underhooks, overhooks, butterfly hooks, and leg entanglements. Because there is less friction, matches move at a faster pace, making it an exceptional workout for cardiovascular endurance, agility, and explosive power.
