]]> The Women’s Self-Defense classes are focused on using leverage, technique, and martial arts skills to defeat potentially larger and stronger opponents.  Our instructors utilize Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, and striking techniques combined for great exposure to different approaches.  Professor Dailah has experience teaching women, men, and children for many years; and applies this expertise to help students on a monthly schedule.

]]> Our bully-proof kids classes are designed for children and young adults.

Kids are taught discipline, focus, respect, patience, skills necessary for self-defense, as well as given an opportunity to just be kids!  In the classes, we also help students with physical conditioning, hand-eye coordination, problem solving, and much more.

The instructors are all experienced, actually care about the kids, and are mindful of their well-being and safety.

Our children’s class is a family extension.
